If heating in the microwave from a refrigerated state:

    Excellent balance of protein, carbs and fat in this meal. The salmon always come perfectly cooked.

    Something that I like to mention is that all meals come with low salt/seasoning. The way that normally bodybuilders like. This does not impact the taste of the meal for me. Instead it makes this meal perfect for me. Who wants to feed the body and hit the daily calories without extra calories added by excessive seasoning stuff.
